This is a plain text list of all teams in the XFL (2020 version), listed alphabetically by city name. This is the re-launch of the same brand as the 2001 version of the league but updated with various rule changes to the game, theoretically, funner and faster.

Excluded from this list is “Team 9” which is denoted as an active team full of active players that can be signed by any eight teams during the season. The reasoning behind Team 9 is that each team will not have the resources to have their own practice team (as NFL teams do) to fill in when players are injured or seek other professional opportunities. Team 9 essentially fulfills this purpose.
